Robotics Test Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Robotics Test Infrastructure and Release.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and development of test infrastructure and automation frameworks for robotics software
• Lead the release management function, defining quality gates and overseeing the release readiness process
• Track post-release issues and drive improvements in the testing strategy based on field data

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product testing, test infrastructure, or test automation with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience with complex, multidisciplinary systems such as robotics or autonomous vehicles
• Proven ability to build and scale test engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with test infrastructure for robotic or electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and robotics software architecture
