Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks on released information and maintain equipment in good working condition
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical records department preferred
• Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use office equipment such as fax and scanning machines
• Self-motivated with proven customer satisfaction skills
