Job Summary

A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Perform quality checks and maintain confidentiality of medical records
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with incoming requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required
• A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
• Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type 50 wpm and operate fax, copier, and scanning machines
• Self-motivated with proven customer satisfaction skills
