Job Summary
Seeking a passionate and hands-on Romance Associate Editor, this full-time position will acquire, edit, and manage a list of adult romance authors while providing essential support to senior staff in a hybrid or remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop a romance list by identifying and soliciting manuscripts in priority categories
- Monitor the romance marketplace and reader trends to identify acquisition opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, publicity, sales, and design to ensure effective title positioning
