Rooms Controller Program Specialist

Job Summary

Managing room inventory and coordinating assignments, the part-time FLEX Program Specialist - Rooms Controller will ensure optimal operations across assigned properties while collaborating with on-property teams to uphold service standards and enhance communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage room inventory and execute daily room assignments for designated properties
• Coordinate closely with front office, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure accurate room blocking and guest accommodation
• Monitor special requests, VIP arrivals, and group room blocks to ensure proper execution

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a business-related role (e.g., hotel operations, inventory management, business analytics, or customer service)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
• Flexibility to support weekend and holiday coverage as needed
