Key Responsibilities

• Oversee room assignments and maintain accurate inventory for guest arrivals
• Serve as a liaison between Reservations, Front Desk, and other hotel departments
• Manage room blocking and ensure optimal guest satisfaction and communication of updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet applications
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong numerical abilities
