Rostering Specialist

Job Summary

To support district partners effectively, the part-time Rostering Specialist will manage the technical implementation and synchronization of daily rosters, ensuring accurate access to Khan Academy accounts for students, teachers, and administrators in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with district administrators to connect Khan Academy to school district rosters for daily updates
• Document rostering details and manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters
• Monitor account activation and provide support for any issues that arise during onboarding

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer onboarding or technical support role
• 2+ years of rostering experience preferred
• Strong understanding of K-12 users and stakeholders
• Ability to describe complex products or processes in an easily understandable manner
