Job Summary

A company is looking for a Route Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and plans to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
• Schedule resources and locate equipment using SharePoint
• Communicate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field; or HS Diploma/GED with 12 months of relevant experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable
• Customer service experience from a call center environment preferred
