Job Summary

Leading a team of royalty professionals, the full-time remote Royalties Manager will manage royalty data accuracy, oversee payment deal setups, and ensure compliance with financial governance while collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of royalties data in the company's systems
• Review and approve new deals and modifications in the royalty environment
• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, providing growth opportunities and feedback

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years of royalty-related experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience or equivalent demonstrated leadership experience
• Proven experience in initiating and overseeing operational improvement initiatives
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accountability
