Royalty Contracts Associate

Job Summary

Working in a full-time capacity, the Royalty Contracts Associate will create ISBNs, maintain documentation for the royalty linking process, and interact with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate and legal obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain ISBN information in the system
• Analyze contracts and amendments to determine author payments
• Respond to inquiries and requests from internal departments and participate in process improvements

Required qualifications

• Extensive data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy
• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents is a plus
• Customer service experience is desirable
