Royalty Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Royalty Entry Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of publishing agreements in the royalty system
• Prepare, review, and resolve monthly unmatched sales reports and exception reporting
• Liaise with relevant departments to improve processes and support audits and litigation documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Prior experience with publishing agreements or royalty contracts preferred
• Experience with royalty payment and contract management systems is preferred
• Knowledge of Business Law, Legal, Accounting, or Intellectual Property is a plus
