Royalty Portfolio Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Royalty Portfolio Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the Royalty Transmittal application for new submissions and assess completeness of submitted information
• Interact with various teams and address inquiries from both external and internal customers regarding royalty statements and payments
• Assist with author-initiated requests and projects, including preparing documentation for audits and maintaining royalty recipient accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in royalties, publishing, editorial, legal, or accounting fields is a plus
• Knowledge of Business Law and legal topics related to copyrights and estate settlements is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills for handling detailed transactional data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
