RPA & AI Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a forward-thinking RPA & AI Developer, the full-time position will integrate automated workflows and data-driven insights into SBA's Domestic Operations, focusing on developing and deploying scalable RPA solutions using tools like UiPath and Power Automate while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop workflow automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and streamline operations
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions aligned with business goals using UiPath and Power Automate
• Build dashboards using Power BI to visualize process efficiency and automation performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in workflow automation and process optimization
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable automation solutions using RPA tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI
• Experience mapping business workflows and translating them into automated processes
