RPA Developer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced RPA Developer, the fully remote contractor will design, develop, and enhance enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, integrating AI technologies to modernize complex business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement UiPath automation solutions for enterprise business processes
- Integrate AI-powered decision-making and intelligent document processing into automation workflows
- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation reliability and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot deployment)
- 4+ years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or IT operations
- Strong understanding of UiPath architecture and enterprise automation design principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language outside UiPath (e.g., Python, C#, VB.NET)
