Job Summary
A company is looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer / Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to analyze and document healthcare claims workflows
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate tasks in the claims lifecycle
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure performance and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and medical coding
- Experience designing and developing RPA bots using platforms like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Familiarity with QNXT's system architecture and data models
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA
- Programming/scripting experience (e.g., VB.NET, Python, SQL) is a plus
