RPA Instructor

Job Summary

To deliver engaging online learning experiences, the part-time RPA Instructor will facilitate live training sessions on robotic process automation and business automation concepts while mentoring students and providing hands-on guidance on projects and assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live online training sessions covering RPA tools, methodologies, and real-world applications
• Provide hands-on guidance in creating business requirement documents, workflow diagrams, and process maps
• Support learners with project completion, assessments, and resolve technical or conceptual queries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in RPA implementation or automation projects
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Prior experience delivering online or classroom training preferred
