RPA Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise-level automations in a hybrid environment, the full-time RPA Operations Engineer will manage production RPA automations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance using Blue Prism and Python.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of production RPA automations, ensuring reliability and performance across the enterprise
• Diagnose and resolve automation failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate non-technical issues into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in automation, RPA, or software development
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism
• Proficiency in Python scripting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Blue Prism certification preferred (not required if experience is strong)
