Job Summary

A company is looking for a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage multiple agile teams to ensure effective project delivery
Develop and maintain agile-based SDLC standards, tools, and best practices for software development
Identify and remove impediments to support the team's ability to achieve sprint goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
5+ years of experience in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
Background in developing automation solutions with knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere
Proficiency in agile methodologies
Agile certifications are preferred
