RPA Software Engineer

Job Summary

To design and build automation solutions that bridge clinical systems with modern tooling, the full-time remote RPA Software Engineer will develop end-to-end automation solutions for EHR systems, utilizing AI development tools and collaborating with clinical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions for EHR systems and adjacent healthcare applications
• Build browser-based automations in Python using Playwright or UiPath for web interaction workflows
• Collaborate with hospital IT and clinical operations to identify and prioritize automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing automation solutions (RPA, browser automation, or workflow automation)
• Proficiency in Python with experience in at least one automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, UiPath, etc.)
• Experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, including REFramework and error handling patterns
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration (JSON, OAuth)
• Experience with SQL databases and data management
