RPA Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions, the full-time RPA Solution Architect will manage end-to-end technical architecture across RPA and intelligent automation platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end automation architecture, including process assessment, solution design, and deployment strategy
• Lead technical implementation across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism, ensuring the right tool selection based on use cases
• Guide developers through solution design documents and manage bot orchestration, licensing, and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years total IT experience with 5+ years in RPA/intelligent automation architecture
• Hands-on architecture-level experience across UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end automation solutions from discovery to production go-live
• Strong understanding of RPA architecture components and experience with Document Understanding frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and relevant certifications preferred
