RPA Solution Designer

Job Summary

To lead the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, the full-time RPA Solution Designer will design scalable and secure RPA solutions, manage RPA applications, and evaluate emerging technologies, with the flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite in Kansas or Missouri.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain RPA solutions to align with IT and business strategies
• Design and implement automation frameworks and governance models for sustainable RPA solutions
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentor team members in automation design

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, with a Master's degree highly preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation, software engineering, or development; healthcare/payer experience preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in automation solution design and project leadership preferred
• UiPath professional certifications required within six months of hire
• Deep expertise in RPA platforms and intelligent automation technologies
