RPA Support Engineer
Job Summary
Ensuring the availability and successful execution of UiPath Orchestrator, the full-time RPA Support Engineer will monitor, manage incidents, and administer the RPA Environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, and scheduled jobs for availability and successful execution
- Receive, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents affecting the RPA Environment
- Administer UiPath Orchestrator, including managing folders, robots, assets, and schedules
Required Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and RPA technologies
- Familiarity with incident management processes and ITSM platforms
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Knowledge of change control processes for software deployment
- Strong understanding of automation execution and performance reporting
