RPA Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of 4-5 automation specialists, the full-time RPA Team Lead will oversee the delivery of UiPath automation solutions, ensuring runtime stability and maintenance of legacy Python bots while collaborating with business stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the automation team to deliver reliable and maintainable UiPath solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-value automation use cases and manage production automation environments
• Design and enforce automation standards and maintain documentation, including process and exception handling plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in automation, technical delivery, and solution leadership
• Strong UiPath experience, including Studio, Orchestrator, and enterprise deployment
• Proven experience maintaining and supporting Python automation bots in production
• Experience leading a small development team or technical squad
