• Designing and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Conducting market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools
• Building and maintaining strong, actionable talent pipelines aligned to hiring priorities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-5+ years of sourcing experience within RPO or in-house environments
• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social platforms
• Experience supporting hard-to-fill or high-volume roles across multiple functions
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
• Fluent in English
