RPSGT Certified Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support healthcare improvement, the full-time hybrid Clinical Solutions Specialist will deliver product demonstrations, provide clinical training, and offer ongoing support to healthcare customers while collaborating with Sales Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and support the sales cycle by addressing clinical workflows and outcomes-related questions
• Conduct clinical onboarding and training sessions for new customers, developing tailored materials and best practices
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance and participate in customer check-ins to capture insights for product improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or healthcare-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant clinical, clinical support, or healthcare technology experience
• RPSGT Certification (required)
• Experience delivering clinical training and product demonstrations to healthcare audiences
• Hands-on experience working with clinicians in a hospital or clinical practice environment
