RPSGT Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of clinical solutions, the full-time remote RPSGT Clinical Support Specialist will optimize workflows, conduct customer onboarding, and generate leads while acting as a trusted clinical resource for high-value accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer onboarding activities to ensure successful clinical adoption of Onera solutions
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for customers during implementation, training, and ongoing support activities
• Conduct outbound customer engagement and follow-up related to inquiries and marketing campaigns to support commercial initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Care, Biological Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline
• RPSGT credential required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical support, clinical education, or customer-facing experience within medical devices or sleep medicine
• Prior experience in sleep diagnostics or related healthcare technology preferred
• Experience supporting large health systems or complex clinical implementations preferred
