RPSGT Clinical Support Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance clinical workflows and customer relationships, the full-time remote RPSGT Clinical Support Specialist will optimize product evaluations, conduct customer onboarding, and engage in inside sales activities to generate leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer onboarding activities for successful clinical adoption
• Serve as the primary clinical resource during implementation, training, and ongoing support activities for customers
• Conduct outbound customer engagement and follow-up activities related to marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Care, Biological Sciences, or related healthcare discipline
• RPSGT credential is required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical support, clinical education, or customer-facing experience within medical devices or sleep medicine
• Prior experience in sleep diagnostics or related healthcare technology preferred
• Experience supporting large health systems or complex clinical implementations preferred
