RTC Administrator
Job Summary
Serving as the primary administrator for the Rational Team Concert (RTC) platform, the remote RTC Administrator will provide technical support, assist with system upgrades, and create user documentation while collaborating with development teams and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the Rational Team Concert (RTC) / Enterprise Workflow Manager (EWM) platform and provide troubleshooting support to end users
- Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and documentation of procedures
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement patches and enhancements, creating comprehensive help guides for users
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT source management or 6+ years supporting similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) / Enterprise Workflow Management (EWM)
- Experience with mainframe development environments, including source control and build management
- Ability to teach and document technical procedures clearly
- Proven capability to support and maintain distributed and virtual environments effectively
