RTR Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RTR Accounting Manager, Studios.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Record to Report processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards
• Manage statutory audit processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting transactions
• Assist in the setup of new statutory entities and contribute to process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance or Accounting
• ACCA or Polish CA qualification preferred (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in statutory accounting and audit coordination, ideally within a Big4 environment
• Strong understanding of IFRS and Polish accounting regulations; UK GAAP knowledge is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and One Source is a plus
