Job Summary

Collaborating with a project team, the full-time Rubric Development Specialist will manage project coordination, support research initiatives, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to develop high-quality instructional materials review tools in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, meeting logistics, and project tracking systems to ensure efficient operations
  • Conduct research to summarize relevant instructional materials initiatives and educational guidance
  • Facilitate focus groups and working sessions, capturing and synthesizing stakeholder feedback for the team
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, communications, public policy, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or education policy
  • Familiarity with instructional materials, curriculum standards, or K-12 education systems preferred
  • Experience with project management platforms and collaborative tools
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into accessible formats for diverse audiences
