Key Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of core Rails services and integrations
• Design resilient data flows and build robust third-party API integrations
• Lead incident response, create runbooks, and optimize PostgreSQL performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with backend Ruby on Rails systems in production
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance and background job processing
• Strong Linux fundamentals and experience with incident management
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and containerized deploys
• Fluency with observability tooling and solid testing discipline
