Seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer with strong front-end skills, the remote position will focus on taking projects from concept to implementation, requiring collaboration with users and a proactive approach to development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement features using Ruby on Rails and front-end technologies
• Collaborate with team members and users to ensure tools meet their needs
• Complete a Rails coding challenge as part of the interview process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of coding experience with a focus on front-end technologies (e.g., turbo, hotwire, stimulus, tailwind)
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or another open-source stack
• Experience with JavaScript and CSS libraries like Tailwind
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud
• Ability to work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time
