Ruby on Rails Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance software development efforts, the full-time Ruby on Rails Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define application features and user experience
• Maintain code quality and perform regular code reviews to ensure best practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and web application development
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
