Job Summary
To support the evaluation of AI chatbots, the contracted Russian AI Evaluator will engage in hands-on assessments of various AI models remotely, providing insights to enhance response quality while enjoying flexibility in task selection and scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Testing and evaluating AI chatbots through structured conversations using assigned goals and prompts
- Conducting voice-based interactions with AI models and submitting evaluations in specified formats
- Providing feedback and data to inform model development and optimization
Required qualifications
- Native or expert-level fluency in Russian as spoken in Russia
- Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with AI models or large language models
- Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet
- Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
