Job Summary
To design and optimize core infrastructure for real-time performance engines, the full-time remote Rust Engineer will write high-performance Rust code, develop backend APIs, and ensure the reliability and scalability of model serving systems.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize real-time infrastructure by writing concurrent production code in Rust and building low-latency data ingestion systems
- Develop core architectural tooling, including robust backend APIs and customized caching layers to enhance hardware efficiency
- Ensure reliability and scale by managing the lifecycle of backend infrastructure components and debugging complex distributed systems
Required qualifications
- 6 to 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Programming, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience writing and deploying production-grade Rust code in high-scale systems
- Deep understanding of Rust-specific primitives, including ownership, lifetimes, and concurrency models
- Experience building robust backend systems and custom APIs
- Ability to debug and operate high-throughput production systems under real-world constraints
