Rust Software Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rust Software Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain well-documented web and API-based applications using Rust
• Collaborate with the architecture, engineering, and product teams to build internal libraries and contribute to greenfield projects
• Define and enforce best practices for the expanding Rust team

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience in creating and maintaining web-based and API-based applications, ideally in Rust
• Experience building non-trivial Rust projects, preferably web-related
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and AWS Serverless technologies
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithm complexity
• Experience in building high-scale, concurrent systems
