Job Summary

Assisting customers with inquiries about coverage and enrollment, the part-time RV Operations Customer Service Representative will provide guidance on program benefits and direct calls to the appropriate departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advising customers about program benefits and assisting with enrollment requests
• Directing customers to the appropriate departments for assistance
• Handling technical assistance calls and supporting enrollment or renewals

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard web applications
• Knowledge of RVs and roadside assistance
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
