RVP Client Relations Manager

Job Summary

Managing a book of business while coaching and mentoring Client Relationship Managers, the full-time RVP Client Relations Manager will drive strategic growth, enhance client experiences, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a client strategy for the assigned book of business, focusing on retention and growth
• Partner with Client Relationship Managers to enhance performance through coaching, mentorship, and training
• Lead problem resolution and process improvement efforts to increase client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 6 years in the financial services industry or 3 years in the defined contribution marketplace
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses required
• State insurance license
• Prior leadership, management, or mentorship experience is a plus
