Job Summary
To drive sales and acquire new business in the Central & West regions, the remote RVP Employer Sales will manage B2B sales activities, build strategic relationships, and deliver on core sales metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with employers and consulting firms to enhance sales opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans, forecasts, and operating calendars to achieve revenue and margin goals
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities by researching market trends and maintaining client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of progressive direct health and wellness sales experience
- 2-3 years of experience working with a broker or benefits consultant
- Proven success in a B2B environment selling healthcare IT and services
- Strong project and account management skills
