RVP Independent Distribution

Job Summary

Responsible for managing relationships within the Independent Distribution Channel, the full-time RVP Independent Distribution will develop sales strategies, recruit distribution partners, and provide training and support for fixed insurance products, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruits and maintains relationships with partners to manage production
• Develops strategic plans for the region and monitors key metrics for goal progress
• Facilitates onboarding and training for new relationships while mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-7 years of insurance experience with a focus on sales or marketing
• 4-7 years of relationship or account management experience with IMOs/IBDs
• Proven track record of growing a territory within the independent distribution channel
• Strong presentation skills with experience in delivering effective virtual and in-person presentations
