Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business and upsell within existing accounts to grow the content business
  • Develop and lead sales teams, provide strategic insights, and shape GTM strategy
  • Ensure robust pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and exceed sales quotas

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in driving business transformation through strategic sales initiatives
  • Experience in HCM, content, or technology sales
  • Successful leadership of sales teams in technology or HCM sales
  • Experience managing remote teams and complex sales cycles
  • Strong desire to develop sales representatives and strategic mindset in deal management
