RWD Analyst

Job Summary

Joining the Evidence Generation team as a remote contract Real-World Data (RWD) Analyst, the candidate will prepare, analyze, and report large-scale healthcare datasets to generate real-world evidence, executing data manipulation and statistical programming to support regulatory, clinical, and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, standardize, and transform complex raw RWD into analysis-ready datasets while performing quality checks
• Utilize Python and/or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and generating tables, figures, and listings (TFLs)
• Execute descriptive, exploratory, and inferential statistical analyses as outlined in Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and validate outputs for internal reports and regulatory documentation

Required qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, or a closely related quantitative field
• 5-7 years of hands-on, post-degree experience in data analysis and programming within relevant sectors
• Direct experience analyzing complex healthcare data sources, including claims data and EMR/EHR
• Expert proficiency in at least one major statistical programming language (Python or R)
