S/4 HANA Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a S/4 HANA Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects focused on Finance transformation
• Partner with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across global teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA project leadership
• 15+ years of project or program management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile hybrid) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills to guide diverse teams through complex transformations
