S/4 HANA Project Manager

Job Summary

To support cross-functional teams in Finance transformation, the remote S/4 HANA Project Manager will lead complex SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while managing project plans and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support multi-functional SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects focused on Finance transformation
• Partner with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across global teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA project leadership
• 15+ years of project or program management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile hybrid) and collaboration tools
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
