S/4 Release Manager
Job Summary
Managing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA release cycles, the full-time S/4 Release Manager will oversee code deployments across Agile Release Trains while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage SAP S/4HANA release cycles across project and support landscapes
- Coordinate code deployments and maintain a unified release calendar
- Lead release readiness reviews and provide transparency to leadership on release activities
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of SAP release management experience with 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA deployments
- Strong understanding of SAP landscape strategy and dual-stream code deployments
- Experience with SAP TMS, cutover planning, and transport path governance
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and coordination across multiple scrum teams
- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and JIRA
