Job Summary
Focusing on revenue growth and customer success, the full-time SMB Account Executive will engage with existing clients to implement upsell strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and manage a sales pipeline while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with class-based customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proactively reach out to customers through various channels to drive engagement and retention
- Manage sales activities and forecast results using Salesforce.com to track progress and achieve targets
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in SaaS or the health and wellness industry
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce as a preferred option
- 1+ years of experience in preparing and presenting customer business reviews or proposals
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to guide customers through options
- Confident presentation skills, including effective communication with executive-level stakeholders
