Job Summary
A company is looking for an SMB Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and drive platform usage in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention
- Drive platform usage growth by monitoring metrics and identifying expansion opportunities
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge to provide technical support and training to customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of SaaS account management or customer success experience
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of the eQMS market and regulatory/compliance frameworks for life sciences companies is preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
