Job Summary

A company is looking for an SMB Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and drive platform usage in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention
  • Drive platform usage growth by monitoring metrics and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Maintain expert-level product knowledge to provide technical support and training to customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of SaaS account management or customer success experience
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of the eQMS market and regulatory/compliance frameworks for life sciences companies is preferred
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
