Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Account Manager (Renewals & Expansion).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive renewals for SaaS products and services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business within existing accounts
  • Manage customer relationships and collaborate with sales teams for a comprehensive sales approach
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in cloud-based/SaaS solutions
  • Experience in the Federal/DoD space is preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle's products, including Sales, Marketing, Service Automation, HCM, or ERP, is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex sales processes
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate sales forecasting and account management
