SaaS Configuration Lead

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions, the full-time remote SaaS Configuration Lead will partner with clients to gather requirements, configure application features, and oversee system integrations for clean energy programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of enterprise SaaS solutions for Demand Side Management and Transportation Electrification
• Partner with clients to gather business requirements and guide implementation decisions throughout the project lifecycle
• Configure application features and workflows using low-code/medium code configurations, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in implementing and configuring enterprise SaaS platforms in a client-facing role
• Hands-on experience with configuring enterprise SaaS applications and system integrations
• Experience with REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into software solutions
