SaaS Consultant

Job Summary

Partnering with large government entities, the remote full-time SaaS Consultant will provide Accela System Administration and System Enhancements, ensuring client success through proactive administration, enhancements, and technical troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts while overseeing MAS support tickets
• Build and modify workflows, business rules, and automations to enhance system functionality
• Provide proactive guidance on client-led testing for major releases and escalate advanced troubleshooting items as needed

Required qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform
• Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and self-driven
• High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly
